I love all the projects and work that I get to do and the things rattling around inside my noggin on a regular basis… but, like anything else, it can all get borderline overwhelming at times.

I’m currently under deadline, and the folks I get to work on this particular project with, just couldn’t be cooler… definitely have to keep my head down and do the work (even when I would rather be doing something else). One piece at a time and before you know it, the job is done. I always want to give my clients my best.

In the midst of doing all the client work though, I still need to draw for myself too… and that’s where the above sketch comes in- I really think it’s going to be a fun promo piece for me. Hopefully I can find some time to get some inks going on it soon!

For now, it’s time to get back to the work, but remember to take time making art for ourselves too!
